- patients diagnosed with amyloidosis or asymptomatic carriers of mutations in the transthyretin gene
- minimum age of 18 years at the time of diagnosis
- obtaining willing to sign a consent form

* patients diagnosed with amyloidosis or asymptomatic carriers of mutations in the transthyretin gene
